Well, barely 2 weeks in and the first drama of 2010 is upon us.. as is happening with people all over the country, the condenser pipe on my boiler has broken :( so a couple of spanners, a hacksaw and the braing pickings of some friends, its repaired wooo hooooo, lets see if it stays that way!
