Summer sunshine and niceness..

Well, first off, the floor is finally down in my studio after a small drama with a water pipe from the central heating and a gas pipe.

On the way home today, couldn't resist stopping and snapping a quick picture of a simple yet nice scene just outside Newbiggin-by-the-sea.

Well, things are moving along in a more positive way which I'm rather happy about.

Saturdays are now open days at the forum so you can come along and have a look at the various artworks on offer as well as my own photography work should you want to come and see. Its totally free and should something really take your fancy, you can buy them if you wish.

First spring day....

Well, this weekend seems to have been the first proper real showing of a promising summer.  Saturday seemed to be the perfect day, sunshine and not a breath of wind. If i'd been floating in sea on my surfboard it would have been almost perfect.  Instead I took myself for a bit of a wander and snapped a few pics.

   

I spotted the little angel in the grave yard on the way back to the car, it must only be about 8 inches high, but managed to be the most noticeable thing in the graveyard among the massive grave stones.
